Ramanugu Thembuluwo
known by his stage name "Faceboy" was born in a place called Lwamondo
(venda) in 1991, he was raised by his Mother (Shumani) & Father
(Mmbulaheni). He attended his primary in Mangomani primary school, went to
Dimani high school where he started his poetry life. When I was growing up I
didn’t know that I was going to be a rapper or anything like who I am today, I
use to live a normal life and only had a few friends around my area. Art has
always been in my blood since childhood, in primary I use to enjoy drawing then
high school I use to enjoy wiring stories and poetry which lead me into song
writing. I grew up in an environment where there were no enough materials for
us to know a lot of things which are happening around the world, it was hard
for us to even know some of the latest music but I was lucky to grow up in a
family where we had a TV so I used that opportunity to learn more about music
and poetry.
